Official Release Day Today for Ishi Nobu's book, Unraveling Reality: Behind the Veil of Existence

Cleone Reed Behind the Veil of Existence Ishi Nobu Unraveling Reality

The

Spokes series begins with Unraveling Reality by Ishi Nobu – an invigorating introduction to the wealth of material presented in the eight books that follow. And today, September 27, 2017, is the OFFICIAL RELEASE DAY for Unraveling Reality.

From www.ishinobu.com, Ishi Nobu writes: "Unraveling Reality introduces the Spokes series with a survey of the heavens and Earth, a look into life, and an explanation of the nature of reality. This brief synopsis brims with material that illuminates the perspectives which Spokes conveys."

I once heard that if you remember one thing from a book, the book has merit in your life. I shake my head in wonder. Why is it that I am so fascinated with learning the fact that a frog can flick its tongue five times faster than a human can blink an eye?

Or why is it that in the 16-page section listing People in the back of the book does this fact stick in my brain: "Leonard da Vinci (1452 – 1519) was an Italian painter, draftsman, sculptor, architect, musician, inventor, scientist, mathematician, engineer, geologist, cartographer, anatomist, botanist, and writer, yet he is best know for a small portrait of a drab woman with a half-smile (Mona Lisa)."  I saw the original Mona Lisa while in the Louvre in Paris, France, and the room was very crowded with so many people catching a glimpse of this very small painting. Why is this painting so famous? It belies understanding how it attracts six million visitors each year.

But I think this book, Unraveling Reality, will bring much more intellectual thinking to the minds of many of its readers than my amazement about frogs flicking their tongues or millions of people (including myself) finding it imperative while in France to catch a glimpse of a small painting from five hundred years ago.

QUOTES FROM THE BOOK found on his website:

"From the section on Unseen Forces (in the chapter on Physics):

"To understand motion is to understand nature. ~ Leonardo da Vinci

"As da Vinci intimated, the seminal mystery is not in what is, but in the endowment that makes movement – the motive for motion. Modern physics was forged from explaining fields and the forces that impel them; an invisible realm to us, with only effects to guide comprehension. This is the first lesson of physics: that what is apparent is either only partial or wholly deceptive."

"From the section on The Mind:

"The mind is an intangible instrument which constantly creates the impression of us having a window onto the world, and into oneself.

"The dream state illustrates that the mind is a fabricator rather than straight-forward presenter of existence. While awake, what phenomenally appears before us is a phantasmagoric multimedia display, imaginatively sewn from disparate sensations into a consistent story.

"We take for granted that what we perceive is reality. Belief in our senses is instead a fantastic cage we build for ourselves, and so bound our comprehension."

Whatever you take with you from reading Unraveling Reality: Behind the Veil of Existence, I am sure it will either be something entertaining or stimulating to your psyche. And it for sure will make you hungry for more, and you will be on the lookout for the upcoming publication of the entire Spokes series.
